David Phelps, Dallas Criminal Attorney

David Phelps graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in History. Mr. Phelps is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he won the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Criminal Law and was an Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review.

Prior to joining Dunham & Jones, Mr. Phelps spent several years working for a prominent civil litigation firm in Houston. Now he has dedicated himself to defending the rights of the accused.

In his free time, David enjoys music, sports, reading history, and outdoor activities.
