David Phillips, Midland Criminal Attorney

David Phillips has practiced law for almost thirty (30) years. His primary focus for the past twenty five (25) years has been in criminal defense. Mr. Phillips has successfully tried many cases by jury ranging from DWI to Capital Murder allegations. He has also tried multiple “high profile” cases in various jurisdictions throughout the state of Texas, yet is of the belief that each client’s case is the most important.

Mr. Phillips graduated from TCU and South Texas College of Law. He is most comfortable in selecting a jury and trying a case when the need arises. Mr. Phillips is also determined to minimize a client’s exposure or liability by effectively plea bargaining, should a jury trial be considered too high in potential risk.

Otherwise, Mr. Phillips makes every effort to maintain open and direct communications with clients by keeping them well informed during the entire criminal defense process.
