Rick Chittum, Midland Criminal Attorney

After over 30 years with County, State and Federal agencies, Rick Chittum retired and enrolled in Mitchell-Hamlin Law School in Saint Paul Minnesota where he was a prominent member of both the Moot and Mock Trail teams. Upon passing the bar exam, Rick went into private practice as a criminal defense attorney before joining the Midland County District Attorney's Office, where was involved in numerous felony and misdemeanor trials. Utilizing his trial experience and extensive experience with criminal law he has a deep understanding of criminal law, where he approaches each case with understanding and a deep perspective in evidence, procedure, and persuasion.

When not representing clients, Rick enjoys automobile building and racing.
